The ​​mission of the The DRS Collective is to provide expert mental health consultation, supervision, and training with a focus on Black mental health, social justice, and multicultural competency. Bringing an authentic, down-to-earth approach to empowering communities and organizations, fostering real conversations, and building accessible, culturally responsive mental health solutions.

Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Dr. Rey!

Focusing on all things mental health and well-being, I work with students, counselors, organizations, and communities to create spaces of healing, growth, and cultural competency. As a licensed clinician, clinical supervisor, researcher, and passionate educator, I leverage my expertise and personal experiences to empower the next generation of mental health professionals and organizations in addressing the unique needs of diverse populations. 

With a background in higher education, community mental health, and private practice, I bring a unique ability to connect, educate, and empower. My work is grounded in person-centered values and a belief in making mental health support visible, accessible, and real. Whether I am guiding future counselors, partnering with institutions, or leading transformative workshops, my mission is clear: to build spaces where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.
